Customs clearance on average takes one day depending on the time of year, Christmas time may take a little longer. Once received by our forwarder the order is shipped direct to you either by Express Post or Regular mail whichever you choose at check out.
Once shipped we send you tracking details for whichever postal method you have chosen. After shipment we have no control over the speed Australia post delivers orders. All orders are sent insured and in some cases signature of receiver will be required. In the event of a non delivery, and we have been advised of the same, we lodge an Australia Post inquiry, These can take up to a month to process for an insurance claim. We will keep you updated of Australia Post deliberations. Claims not settled in two weeks we will refund your purchase including freight if paid by us.
When you receive your tracking number please liaise with Australia Post as to when you will receive your order. Adverse weather conditions can cause delays.
Express Post works well if both the sender and recipient live in an Express post zone. Otherwise it can take up to 2-3 Business days. Regular Post can take 6-8 working days.

Free Express is for all orders over $125 AUD. Orders with nicotine content take slightly longer by about 2 days as they have to clear customs.

Whist we exercise all due care in the packaging of our products, should you receive a damaged item it is essential that you take all the packaging together with your damaged product for inspection to your post office.
They will then examine the parcel and assist you with a claim for damages.
We would also ask for a photo of damage to be sent to us by email and we will replace the product at no cost to you freight free.
ITEMS NOT DELIVEREDIn the event of your parcel failing to arrive within the time frame shown in your tracking, Australia post advises to allow an extra three days as there could be adverse weather conditions or other occurrences that have caused the delay. Please contact Australia Post in the first instance and us also secondly and we will endeavour to determine what the issue is. All parcels travel insured. Parcels that are lost in transit take up to 10 business days to determine if it is lost in transit. Once Australia post advises that your parcel has indeed been lost we will send a replacement order by express post to you at no cost to you.
