Postal Authorities advise world wide there are significant delays no matter which method of postage you choose due to flight cancelation and other logistic issues. Your order is sent as soon as the order is received and payment verified. Same day if before noon. Next day if after. Express Post is prioritised by Australia post and we suggest using that postal option. Regular post at present especially to Victoria and WA is very slow at present time.
Further to this, Australia Post tracking is very erratic and at times tracking does not appear until your parcel actually reaches your nearest mail centre to your destination. Australia post is not scanning small parcels posted from their regular or express post pillar postal boxes.
Once you receive tracking numbers or details please refer to your local post office as we cannot give you any information once the parcel has left our facility. We regret we cannot be of any more assistance as to when you will receive your parcel
